Return Policy

EPIC Cruisers LLC accepts returns within 30 days of delivery. The items must be in new & unused condition, and all parts must be returned in the original packaging. The return shipping cost will be covered by the customer and a 5% restocking fee will apply. Please email us if you'd like to start the return/refund process.

If there is an issue with your order/product please email us with pictures as soon as possible. We will gladly replace the item/component once we have the necessary documentation. If a refund is requested, we will need the order returned to us before we can process the refund. We will pay for the return shipping if the issue was caused by us or our shipping service. We're a small business but we're people too, we will do everything within reason to make things right. 

We will process refunds within 1-2 business days after receiving the return. Please note that once refunds are processed your banks timing will determine when the refund is credited to your bank account.

Refunds will be given on parts only and excludes labor/installation charges, or any other charges.

Order Cancellation Policy

EPIC Cruisers LLC can cancel orders before they have shipped. Once the order has shipped, you will have to follow our return process, listed above, to receive a refund. In this case, the return shipping cost will be covered by the customer. 

We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason at any time.
